1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may initiate a return request within **7 calendar days** from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

- The product must be unused and in its original condition.  
- It must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and any accessories.  
- Proof of purchase is required.  

Returns can be initiated by logging into your account on our website and selecting the relevant order under your profile.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return or refund:

- Customized or personalized products  
- Items purchased under final sale or promotional discounts  
- Products that show signs of use, wear, or intentional damage  
- Handcrafted items with minor irregularities or variations in color, size, or finish, which are inherent to artisanal processes  

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must initiate a return request within **48 hours of delivery** through your profile on the website. You will be required to upload supporting photographic evidence.

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including applicable shipping charges, at no additional cost to the customer.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on the part of Omay Goodness (e.g., incorrect or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

5.. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment or issued as store credit, as selected during the return initiation. Once the returned item is received and passes inspection:

- Refunds will be issued within **5–7 business days**  
- You will receive confirmation via email upon successful processing

7. Right to Refuse Returns
